    • Standard Cards

    Our cards use the highest quality white PVC card stock (30 mil thickness), printed in brilliant 4-color on the front. Our print process ensures outstanding color rendering of photos and logos. Cards are generally printed in black on the back, but they can also be printed with color on both sides for a small additional charge. The cards are the same size as a standard credit card. We use the highest quality printing technology to ensure that cards are not dull or blurred, and that the image will remain bright and clear for years to come. The clear plastic protection layer ensures that colors will not fade over time. Small printers cannot match the level of quality obtained through our high-end production process.

    What follows is some information, including pricing, about our very flexible service for producing photo ID cards.

    Our system makes it easy to produce ID cards without worrying about overhead costs and buying a printer. Additionally, you can create as many templates as necessary for your organization to differentiate between temporary, administrative, or maintenance personnel. There is no extra charge for adding a barcode. We also offer many different security options to ensure highly professional, fraud-resistant cards. Our cards are highly durable and are of the same quality provided to police, fire, and various government agencies.

    Our PVC plastic, credit-card sized cards are printed full color on the front and back. The per-card cost is normally $4.95 each for just a few cards at a time.  Volume discounts are available.  There is no handling charge; you need only pay actual postage on orders of $26.00 or more. UPS/FedEx next-day services are of course also available at an added charge.

    We also offer a wide range of lanyards and badge holders.

    While some card services charge a maintenance fee (you pay so much upfront and draw down as you order), we only charge for product ordered---NO MINIUM REQUIRED.  WE DO NOT CHARGE SET UP FEES!

    Creation of the badge is done by us.  You just let us know what information you want on the card.

    Let us know if you want your company logo on the badge (we'll need a jpeg file).  Also, you will eventually need to provide a downloadable photo of the employee if that is to be included on the badge.  Let us know if you need barcoding, etc.

    From the above information we will create a badge layout and order form.   We'll place this form onto our web site with a code that will identify your company.  From that form you can order badges.  We will maintain the form as long as you need.
