Business Luggage Tag Information Form

You may have your Company Logo along with two (2) lines of text on the back of the card.  One line above logo and the other below.  You may also have your logo on the front of the tag (it will be sized to fit front of tag).

We need your email address only in the case we need to contact you.  You have the option to have your email address printed on the tag or not (see form).

Include your Company Logo or image on the back along with two (2) lines of text.
Five (5) lines of text on the front of the tag.
Includes 6" Long Flexible Plastic Loop Straps-Clear.

The tags are approx. 3.4" wide, 2.15" long and .030” thick.
